Who are we?
We are the European Garage Equipment Association (‘EGEA’), an international non-profit association incorporated under Belgian Law whose head office is at Avenue Arnaud Fraiteur 15-23, 1050 Brussels, registered as Company N° 0883.057.910.
In this document references to ‘’We’’, ‘’Our’’ or “Us” are to EGEA and references to “You” or “Your” are to any user or visitor to EGEA’s website or on-line content and services.

This Policy explains when and why We collect personal information about people who visit our website and/or send us emails and/or have logged in to the member area; as well as how We keep that information secure, how We use it and the conditions under which We may disclose it to others.
How do We collect information from You?
We obtain information about You when You use Our web-site or when You communicate with Us, by whatever means, concerning Our services, when You subscribe to Our newsletter or when You login to the member’s area.
Young Persons: – You must be at least 16 years old to register on Our website.

The personal information We collect might include Your name, address, telephone, the name of the company You work for, email address, IP address, information regarding the web-pages that You visit (for example which web-pages were accessed and when) and any other information from Your communications with Us made by whatever means.

- Carry out Our obligations arising from any contracts that You have entered into with Us;
- Let you login into the member’s area; and

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations (for example accounting). Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
We use security measures to protect Your information from any access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accident loss, destruction and damage.
